Meet Heidi Graham, BSc, BScN, RN
Founder of Graham Medical Aesthetics & G-Lab Skincare
Heidi Graham is a Registered Nurse with a dual background in biology and nursing, blending science and aesthetics to deliver exceptional skin health solutions. With specialized training in advanced skin science, IPL laser therapy, microneedling, PRP treatments, and cosmetic injectables, Heidi launched Graham Medical Aesthetics (GMA) to provide safe, personalized, and evidence-based care in a private, welcoming setting.
In addition to running GMA, Heidi works in acute medicine at her local hospital and holds a part-time teaching position at the university level—roles that keep her grounded in both the clinical and academic sides of nursing. Her passion for research and innovation continues to fuel her work in both healthcare and aesthetics.
Drawing from her science background and clinical experience, Heidi developed G-Lab Skincare™—a streamlined skincare line inspired by the cell cycle and created to deliver real results without unnecessary additives. Each product reflects her commitment to clean formulations, high-performance ingredients, and medical integrity.
Whether she's delivering collagen-boosting treatments, guiding clients through her SkinDecoded™ program, or formulating skincare that bridges science and simplicity, Heidi’s mission is to help every client feel confident and radiant in their own skin.
Outside the clinic, Heidi is a proud wife, mom of three teenage boys (plus two golden retrievers), and a dedicated professional with a deep love for learning, science, and helping others feel their best.
Alex Dinovich, NP
Medical Director
Alex Dinovich is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-PHC) and the Medical Director overseeing the clinic. With extensive training in Medical Aesthetics, Skin Therapy, and Laser Technology, Alex combines her experience as a master injector with a deep understanding of women’s health and hormonal impacts on the skin. Alex helps to ensure that the clinic operates with the highest standards of care, providing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
